Record platform height, work location, maximum intended load, surface conditions and the narrowest route between positions.
Before setup
The responsible parties should review the system instructions, component condition, bracing, access and support arrangement. This procurement checklist is not an assembly manual.
Before movement
Review the route, clearances and current mobile scaffold requirements. OSHA 1926.452(w) addresses bracing, caster locking and movement conditions.
Before use
Inspect the complete setup through the responsible competent person and address any damaged parts or site changes. Keep current technical documentation available.
